Emo, short for “Emotion”, is an engaging card game created by a School Psychologist, as a twist on the popular game “Uno”. Players simply match the colors or numbers as they discuss emotions and positive thinking, creating a fun and safe space to talk about feelings.
Players are prompted with one question per card, such as “What does confidence mean to you”? An adult moderator, such as a parent, teacher, Counselor or Speech Therapist encourages discussions.
Themes include “Emotions”, “Confidence”, “Relationships”, “Coping Skills”, and “Positive Thinking” offering a wide range of prompts and questions designed to spark conversations.
